Last Order Dates for Christmas

Please find information below for last delivery dates for the festive period.

ALL UK ORDERS OVER £150 AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER £250 WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY UPGRADED TO EXPRESS SHIPMENT. 1-2 WORKING DAYS FOR UK AND 2-4 WORKING DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL. FOR INTERNATIONAL, ORDER BY 20TH DECEMBER AND UK ORDER BY 22ND DECEMBER.

Last Order Dates 

UK mainland - end of the day 21st December 

UK non-mainland - 18th December

USA - 20th December (all orders will be upgraded to DHL express delivery complimentary)

Europe standard delivery - 15th December 

Europe express delivery - 21st December

Rest of World standard delivery - 15th December

Rest of World express delivery - 17th December

Towels - end of the day 6th December 

Bed linen - now January delivery

Placemats, coasters, napkins (waxed) - last day has passed. Now January delivery

Monogram napkins - 10th December

 

Office Closure over Christmas

Our office and warehouse will be closed from 23rd December, reopening 4th January.

We will be shipping any orders placed from 4pm 22nd December to 28th December on the 29th December only to get any orders to you for New Years Eve (assuming UK, shipped with DHL Express). International orders will be shipped but would not arrive in time for New Years Eve, unless you are based in Europe and select express delivery.

I have not had any time off this year so I hope you understand my reasoning for closing over the festive period.
