We aim to dispatch the same or next working day via a trackable and fast service for the large majority of cases. An example where we don't provide tracking is for the Isle of Man & Channel Islands, where the most cost effective quality courier is Royal Mail via their signed for service.
For UK mainland, we almost exclusively use UPS on Next Day Service. You will be able to see tracking as soon as we have marked your order as fulfilled. If you require Next Day Service, please get in touch with us and I will be able to advise if I can ship the same day for you.
We do use a variety of couriers for international shipping to ensure we are able to keep our shipping costs competitive and our service as quick as possible, without compromising on delivery service.
I am really proud of my brand and take huge pride and care in ensuring everything - our service & products - are where I want them to be. Should anything not be what you would expect, please get in touch and I will do everything I can to rectify. I'm really pleased to say that, so far, we have had no returns. Should you need to, we offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy.
I am excited to announce that we will be launching gift packaging for the majority of products (all linens) when you spend over £150, from the end of October. The boxes will be fully recyclable, although we hope you keep the boxes! The items that will be excluded from gift packaging are: cone candles, bud vases and cushions.
