Christmas is a time for gathering, gifting and making home feel its most welcoming. To help everything arrive beautifully and on time, we've answered the questions we're asked most often at this time of year. If there's anything else we can help with, our team is always happy to hear from you.

When is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?

Our last order dates for standard shipping are:

UK: 12pm on 18 December

Europe: end of day on 16 December

USA: end of day on 15 December

Rest of the world: end of day on 14 December

Can I order personalised pieces in time for Christmas?

Yes. Please order personalised stockings and sacks by 2 December for UK delivery, or by 27 November for international delivery, to receive them in time for Christmas Eve. Shop stockings and sacks Here.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Some of our pieces arrive gift boxed, which you'll see in the product images. For most other pieces, you can add our Elevated Gift Wrap in your basket for £3.

Can I return or exchange a Christmas gift?

Yes. We offer extended exchanges over the festive period alongside our usual returns policy. Please see our Extended Christmas Exchange policy for details.

Can I send my order directly to someone else, with a gift message included?

Yes. Simply select Add Gift Note in your basket and write your message, and we'll handwrite it and include it with the order. Gift wrapping is available on most pieces too, and for discretion, no prices are included in any order.

Do you offer trade or corporate gifting for larger orders?

Yes, we're happy to help with trade and corporate gifting. Please contact us to discuss your order.
