Christmas Gifts Extended Exchanges

For customers buying Christmas gifts we are happy to offer an extended returns period.

Any Christmas gifts purchased between 20th October and 20th December 2023 can be returned for an exchange only until 15th January 2024.

If you are the person who has received the gift, please advise the name of the person who purchased the gift for you to verify. This policy is applicable to orders purchased directly through our site by consumers only - it excludes marketplace and any trade orders. This is in addition to our standard returns policy.

Goods must be exchanged and are not applicable to receive a gift card. To attain a full refund on an order, please follow our 14 day period to notify us of your intention to return.
