Christmas Gifts Extended Exchanges

For customers buying Christmas gifts we are happy to offer an extended returns period.

Any Christmas gifts purchased between 1 November and 20th December 2024 we are offering an extended exchanges policy when notified to us by 15th January 2025.

If you are the person who has received the gift, please confirm the name of the person who purchased the gift for you to verify. This policy is applicable to orders purchased directly through our site by consumers only - it excludes marketplace and any trade orders. This is in addition to our standard returns policy.

Goods must be exchanged and are not applicable to receive a gift card. To attain a full refund on an order, please follow our 14 day period to notify us of your intention to return.
