Applicable for Christmas gifts purchased between 1 November and 22 December 2025, goods are available to be exchanged for store credit when notified to us by 15 January 2026. Gifts must be received at Rebecca Udall within 14 days of notification and must be returned in line with our Returns Policy. Please note the following exclusions: sacks, stockings, baubles and any personalised, made to order or bespoke items.
To arrange your exchange, please Contact Us with i) the RU order number if have it or ii) the name of the person who purchased the gift for you.
Extended exchanges are valid for orders purchased directly through our site by consumers - it excludes marketplace and any trade/business orders. This is in addition to our standard returns policy.
Goods must be returned by 28 January 2025 and will be refunded as store credit at the price paid, to use by 31 December 2026.
