UK Small Parcel Returns

UK small parcels are within dimensions of 45x45x60cm and under 8kg. A returns label is available from us for £3, or you can choose to send your parcel back via your own preferred courier. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
Orders that typically not small parcels include larger crockery orders, multiple sets of bed linen, lumbar cushions and extra large laundry baskets. If your parcel is over the weight or dimensions above and you use a small label, please be aware that your order may be denied at the post office, your order may be returned to you or we may incur additional fees, which will be deducted from your refund due. Please endeavour to use the right courier and contact us if you are unsure.
UK Large Parcel Returns
Large parcels are over 8kg or larger than 60x40x40cm.
Returns label(s) for Large Parcels are available from us for £10 per parcel, or you can choose to send your parcel back via your own preferred courier. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
