What is the difference between a bath sheet and a bath towel?
A bath sheet is a larger towel. Our bath sheets measure 100 x 150cm (39.4 x 59.1 inches), while most of our standard bath towels measure 70 x 140cm (27.6 x 55.1 inches). The additional width and length allow a bath sheet to wrap more fully around the body, which many people find more comfortable and practical after bathing. Both are woven from the same cotton and share the same construction and finishing.
Are bath sheets worth the extra cost?
A bath sheet uses more fabric than a standard bath towel, which is reflected in the price. For those who value the feeling of being fully wrapped after a bath or shower, the additional coverage and comfort can make a noticeable difference in elevating everyday moments. Bath sheets also work well as a spa-style touch in a guest bathroom.
How many bath sheets do I need?
The number depends on how many people use the bathroom, and how often. We find that two bath sheets per person allows one to be in use while the other is being laundered. A guest bathroom may benefit from one or two additional bath sheets kept in reserve for visitors.

How should I wash cotton bath sheets?
We recommend washing bath sheets at up to 40°C with a gentle detergent free from optical brightening agents. Avoid fabric conditioners, which coat the fibres and reduce absorbency over time. Tumble dry on a low setting, or air dry and finish briefly in the tumble dryer to lift the pile. Bear in mind that bath sheets take slightly longer to dry than standard bath towels due to their larger size.
How do I store bath sheets when not in use?
Bath sheets can be folded in thirds lengthways and then into thirds again to create a neat, even stack that sits well on a shelf or in a storage basket. Storing in a well-ventilated space helps the cotton stay fresh. We recommend keeping a set in rotation so that each bath sheet is used and washed regularly rather than stored for long periods.
