Return your item(s) within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Any delivery above standard delivery is non-refundable.
We can provide you with a Royal Mail label for a cost of £4, which will be deducted from your refund. This is especially helpful for large or heavy parcels (or rates are much better than what you would otherwise find). If you send via another service, please ensure it is trackable with appropriate insurance for your piece of mind. Retain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

No returns or exchanges possible on custom or monogrammed items.
Return within 28 days. No shipping or duty costs that may have been paid can be refunded.
We use a variety of couriers but predominantly Royal Mail for the UK; and DHL, Royal Mail plus partners and DPD for international.

Returns can only be accepted by us if it is unworn and in a saleable condition with all labels intact and in its original packaging.
