Click here on the account icon at the top right of the website. From there, below the login space click ‘create one’ next to do not have an account and follow the instructions.

How do I reset my password?

Do you offer a discount on your first order?

We offer a discount off your first order when you sign up to our newsletter. The promotion is valid for first orders only on full price items and cannot be combined with other promotions. Please find information on the promotion and to join the newsletter here

How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?

At the bottom of any of our emails there is an unsubscribe link.

Trade Accounts

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes, we are delighted to offer trade accounts to interior designers, hotels and restaurants, architects, event stylists and similar businesses. Please fill out the application form here to apply.

What discounts do I get?

Trade discounts will be confirmed upon application review.

Who can apply for a trade account?

We encourage trade accounts from professional interior designers, architects, hotels, restaurants, event stylists or similar businesses.

How does trade work on sale items/ with other discounts and are there any restrictions?

Sale prices and any other promotions cannot be combined with a trade discount. Trade discounts are also not applicable on gift cards.

How do I order with a trade account?

You will be set up with an account and be able to log in to and view and order with trade pricing.

What are my trade account details?

After your application is approved, we will send you an email with the information to login. Then you can place your first order directly from the website.

Is there a minimum spend for trade accounts?

No

Ordering

What payment methods can I use?

We accept major credit/debit card payments, including Amax cards. You can also pay via PayPal, Shop Pay, Google pay and Clear Pay.

Can I use my promo code after I’ve placed the order?

Promotional codes should be used at time of order.

Can I change my order (items, address, or other details) after I’ve placed it?

Please contact us as soon as possible after your order and we will do our very best to help. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do fulfil your request. Once your order is being processed by our warehouse, unfortunately we are unable to make changes.

Faulty & Damaged Goods

My order is damaged on receipt of goods – what do I do?

We are sorry to hear your order is damaged; we appreciate that this is disappointing. Please contact us with photos and a description of the damage.

I believe my goods are faulty - what do I do?

We are sorry to hear you may have received faulty goods; we appreciate that this is disappointing. Please contact us with a description and photographs and we will look into this as quickly as possible.

Bespoke Orders

How do I create a bespoke product?

Can I get my bespoke product quicker?

Please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we can sometimes expedite orders, however this is not guaranteed due to the customisation process.

Is there a minimum spend for atelier?

Yes, you can find minimum order quantity or spend on the product description.

Can I get samples sent to me?

Please contact us with items you are interested in. For bed linen, we have sample swatches available for most ranges. We are able to send samples on a refundable deposit basis for most pieces. Otherwise, we can help in other ways, such as offering a styling service or sending photos of pieces together that you are interested in.

Shipping

Can I choose my delivery or dispatch day?

We can only offer this for UK mainland addresses. Please order via the next day delivery service and add a note at the checkout for the day you would like us to dispatch the goods. If you would like delivery on a Saturday, please choose Saturday delivery. For Monday delivery, please choose next day delivery and request dispatch on a Friday.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with tracking details included. Alternatively, you can log in to your account, view your historical orders and tracking will be linked

My order won’t show tracking?

An email with tracking will be sent after your order has been dispatched. Please contact us if the tracking link on your email does not work and we will look into this for you.

My tracking is showing delivered, but I haven’t got my order, what do I do?

Please check possible safe places and with any neighbours. Please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Can I expedite delivery?

We offer next-day delivery to the UK if you would like to have your order expedited. We offer express delivery worldwide. See delivery options here. Otherwise, please contact us.

Can my order be held while I am away/moving etc.?

Yes, we can hold orders to ship providing that we receive the information in good time just after your order or ahead of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible upon ordering and we will do our best to help

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us and we will try and accommodate this. Please note that we cannot guarantee we will be able to change the delivery address, it is important to let us know as soon as possible.

Can I collect orders from you?

We don’t offer collection from our warehouse at this time. We are a fully online business and cannot allow collection from our warehouse for health and safety reasons.

Can I get store credit instead of a refund?

Yes, you can get a gift card instead of a cash refund, if you prefer

Product

The product I would like is out of stock, when will it be back?

Please sign up to the back in stock notifier on the product page to be notified as soon as possible of restocks

How do I take care of my products?

Where are products sourced from?

We source products worldwide but predominantly from Europe artisan crafters. More information will be included on individual product pages. For more information see here

I ordered an item on pre-order, when will it be delivered?

Pre-order information is available on the item descriptions, giving an expected dispatch date. If any information is missing, please contact us and we will confirm.

When will I be charged for my preorder?

Payment is taken at point of order for a preorder so the order is confirmed, and we can ship it as soon as we receive it

Can I add other items to my preorder?

Yes, in-stock products can be in the same order. Please note they will be shipped together when the preordered product arrives. If you require them shipped separately, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate.
